Isaac Fluss
Senior Partner
Isaac Fluss, Attorney at Law, has been representing the injured for over 45 years. Mr. Fluss’ focus has always been on the injured worker – fighting to make sure YOU are taken care of during times of suffering caused by a work injury or disability.
Isaac Fluss is a graduate of the University of California Berkeley and went on to study at UC Hastings College of The Law. He was admitted to to practice in 1962. Since then he has been helping the injured through his North Bay law practice, with offices located in Sonoma and Sacramento Counties of Northern California.
Isaac Fluss is a member of: The State Bar of California and has served as a Pro Tempore Workers’ Compensation Judge and as a Court Appointed Arbitrator for civil matters through the Sonoma County Superior Courts.
Mary Williams
Managing Partner
Mary Williams, Managing Partner of Fluss & Williams, has been an advocate for injured people for over 25 years.
Mary Williams was hired by Isaac Fluss as a Workers’ Compensation Case Assistant in 1985. She was quickly advanced to the position of Office Manager and, while managing the office, completed the Sonoma State University paralegal program in 1991. She continued with the Fluss firm as Office Manager and also as Personal Injury paralegal, assisting in numerous cases during settlement and personal injury litigation. In 2000, she began the law school program at Empire College, graduating in 2004 and becoming an immediate partner in the firm.
Mary Williams is a member of: The State Bar of California, Sonoma County Bar Association.
